The K-10 measures mixed anxiety and depressive distress over the past month and is widely used for population screening and triage.
Measures: Non-specific psychological distress (past 30 days)
Score ranges (summary)
Low distress
Distress near typical population levels.
Moderate distress
Noticeable distress; low-intensity support may help.
High–very high
High distress; clinical assessment is recommended.
